How often should I post on Social Media?

According to the study the best time to post on Social Media Platforms are as follows:-

1. Twitter
   You should tweet three times per day. Decreases slightly after the third tweet.
2. Facebook
   On Facebook post two times per day, at most. 2x each day is the level before likes and comments shed off dramatically.
3. LinkedIn
   One time per day. At least twenty posts per month allow you to reach the seventy percent of your audience.
4. Google+
   Three times each a day and the more often you post, the more activity you’ll get. We have a positive correlation between frequency and engagement. Whenever posting frequency decreases, the traffic may drop to up to 50%.
5. Pinterest
   On Pinterest, you should post at least five posts per day or more. For Pinterest, the more you post the higher the progress is.
